All products are custom made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-damage-related reasons.
If your item arrives broken or damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Damage caused after delivery, misuse, or normal wear is not covered.
